There were roaches, The AC didn't work properly, the room had a terrible smell, and apparently there was some kind of incident the day we left that resulted in multiple police officers showing up. We will not be staying here ever again

The water quality was horrible to look at yellow like pee. They say it’s us the norm for Winnfield, LA. Would not drink it but they say it is safe. There were coffee grounds still in the coffee maker. It looked like they just did not pay attention to details like throwing the new garbage bags in the cans for the guest to put in themselves before using. The beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average. Room did seem clean not bad.staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

Soon as I walked in the room They had roaches and bugs in bed so I went down to the lobby and told them and they didn’t do anything so i grabbed my stuff and had to drive 45 minutes for a decent hotel.
