Charged more than the booking price and was given a king sweet instead of a double, had to sleep on the couch. No extra blankets

Posted 21 Dec 2023 on HotelsCharged us more than the Hotels.com quoted price. Rickety outside stairs to second floor.Shower had items on floor. Thermostat broken, inconsistent heat. Nice View!
