Filthy! Very rude! We left as soon as we found a better hotel - only stayed 4 hours -filthy!!!

The property was not only outdated but filthy. I booked a room with 2 queen beds for 4 people. When we arrived at 1 am the attendant gave us a room with one king bed and said that was all that was left.

Not like it use to be very dirty, and they do not provide meals for breakfast like they use to they only have bread and waffles no proteins no eggs no sausage like before bathrooms are dirty and hallways are very dirty no towels are available it’s horrible am very disappointed.. this use to be a very nice hotel now it’s like a shelter

Shutting from the airport was fast! Nice place to stay. I would use them again. Clerk was friendly.

I travel extensively for business and pleasure. I always stay at a Best Western Airport when I fly. This time I tried a Days Inn ant Bradley international Airport in Hartford, Connecticut.
The sheets looked as if they hadn’t even been washed in days and were terribly wrinkled. The staff was rude. The water was luke warm
The hotel advertises that it has airport shuttle, but it turns out it stops at 12:30 AM My flight was late, and I barely made it. This is not reflected in the advertisement. The driver was surly and unpleasant
The breakfast was ridiculous; Some pieces of dry bread, A couple of bagels , A few oranges and coffee. Admittedly, The orange juice was good.
The building was dank, And the room smelled.
I will never return to a Days Inn if I can get something better. Best Western is, hands down, far superior.

The room was close to a door which didn’t seem to be locked from the outside town with a key and the entire hotel hallway smelled like pot and the breakfast was pretty lame the only thing good was the waffles no pastries or good looking fruit very limited and not very good

The Receptionist was polite and respectful and checked us in efficiently.
The room was clean but there were tears in the carpet.
The mattress was so-so but the pillows were terrible.
The bathroom was clean but small and the towels were tissue-paper thin. There was plenty of hot water. There was no waste basket in the bathroom.
The morning breakfast was good.
The free shuttle to and from the airport and the on-site parking was a big plus.
We didn’t pay much so we should not have expected much. It was ok for a one-night-pre-flight stay.
The property needs serious updating.
