We weren’t informed until the day before going to the location that we would have to pay a $200 deposit for our stay (more than the entire stay would have cost) and then were charged for the stay before we even had the option to check in. The place was dirty and in need of repairs (toilet seat wouldn’t stay up, cracked bathtub covered with tape, stained sofa, ventilation fan covered in dust). The breakfast had poor selection, the kitchen was filthy when we went, and it was very crowded. Will avoid coming to this hotel again when travelling to Windsor, not a good experience at all
