Expedia said there’s pool facility. However there is no swimming pool there at the property

Thank you, Chi, for taking the time to write a review from your recent stay with us. I sincerely apologize that you were led to believe by Expedia that we have a pool facility on premises. Unfortunately, I am not sure where this information comes from as our websites do not state we have a pool on site. There is however, a family aquatic center just minutes away if you were to book with us again in the future. I do hope you enjoyed your stay with us otherwise! Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and hope we can welcome you back again.

The HVAC system did not allow for personal adjustment. Initially was set too high with A/C too cold, then was set too low with the room temp too warm. The controls on the room unit were disabled.
the ground floor windows permitted external views of the interior of the rooms such that drapes needed to be drawn for most of the day for privacy not allowing natural light to illuminate the room.

We always ask our guests to speak with us directly if they have any issues or concerns during their stay. To make it easier for our guests, we have thermostat controls on the wall opposed to the a/c unit. If we can have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future I will ensure you will have a higher floor, so you can get more natural light during the day. Absolutely terrible customer service. Rooms are dated and smell musty. Stay anywhere else. Never ever again.

The fact that the parking and breakfast was included was what made me pick this place to stay.

Out side was too noisy I didn’t sleep all night.
