I asked about the room deposit and was told it’ll take several days. On Friday, 4 days after check out I still hadn’t received it. It should be returned the next day, completely unacceptable that it’s taking a week.
We’re 3 middle aged women. Very gentle use of the room, we arrived in the early evening, went out for dinner, slept there and checked out. We should get the deposit the next day.

Parking is awful, there were crumbs in my bed do not believe the sheets were changed. No extra toilet paper and no extra towels just one of each in my room.

The location is lovely. We had the river view. The room and rest of the hotel were clean and well kept. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The pillows were the worst I’ve ever slept on in a hotel so I didn’t sleep well. The site advertised soundproof rooms but we found it loud all night. I don’t think it was worth the price
