Water for the entire hotel was shut off for a whole night. Very poor and unprofessional communication from all staff who were dishonest and apathetic. No working showers, toilets etc. We left a day early because of this, but getting a refund for the unused night was a nightmare and took weeks. Would never stay here again.

Lovely stay at the Town Lodge, second visit so it must be good, all the staff where friendly. Everywhere spotless.

Rooms dated. Very limited amenities. Carpets in corridors old and dark

Good location, near grove mall, breakfast was 10/10, rooms were ok in terms of cleanliness, would stay again.
