Comfortable and clean! Walkable and many dining options. Especially loved the self serve laundry and it was exactly what I needed for my quick 1 night

Nice clean hotel. Close to downtown Windhoek (walkable). Good breakfast.

They were upgrading the wifi during our stay. So, there was no wifi service for guests. That was the only downside of our staym

This hotel standards were as you would expect from any well-kept Hilton in any other part of the world. The room was a good size and had any modern amenity you could need. The bar and restaurant facilities were very good (the rooftop bar in the partner hotel next to the Garden Inn was particularly nice).
My only complaint was the overuse of an air freshener machine and spray bottle that the staff used in the entryway, could get to be overpowering at times, and not pleasant if you had to wait in the lobby for any appreciable amount of time. Relatively minor quibble, but the stay would have been pretty much perfect without that one negative element.
