When we booked via Expedia we booked a Lakeside Cabin. When we arrived we were charged the same rate but only got a small hotel room. The beds were shocking and it will be our first and last stay at this property. Check In instructions and room location were non existent till I asked.

On first entry the cabin smelt of urine . Front stairs of cabins need replacing. Cockroaches on entry then more on re entry after being out for the evening, yuck. Sticky floor.

Hi Sandra, thank you for your review, we have currently just had new manager start with us as we are working on renovating & fixing both motels up, as you could imagine this wont be cheap, As for the insects you are opposite the lake and this is common, however we have had pest control here 2 times in the past 2 months

It was on the lake The lawns had not been cut for weeks. It was untidy with pieces of the furniture broken, damaged walls and generally run down.

Hi JohnSorry to hear about that. The Lawns didn't lawn properly due last a few day wet weather normally we mown the lawns every 2 weeks, sometime might a little bit late due the weather conditions. Also recently we are under new management and will improve the facility and conditions, hope see you next time with better service.

Either the property needs a substantial makeover, or owners should consider updating photos on website to match. Cabin had not been cleaned adequately prior to arrival. TV in room does not allow you to plug in hdmi and only has a couple of free to air channels available with poor reception. Dishes require to be washed in bathroom sink. For over $200 per night I would expect not to have the clothes line in the bathroom fall off when I try to hang my towel up.

My family and I stayed in the family cabin. The kids bunk bed sheets weren’t changed from previous people, there was holes In the walls from door handles and broken tiles in the bathroom. The benches weren’t wiped down and roaches in the bathroom. Broken fly screens which resulted to the cabin being full of flies. Definitely wasn’t a pleasant stay and not worth $670 for 3 nights will not be coming back.
