We stay here 1-2x a year. This time, we didn’t feel that warm welcome that we usually do. Certain staff members were glued to their phones. The pool was closed which we were unaware of until we went downstairs in our bathing suits to find the sign on the door. Maybe this should have been mentioned at checkin? The floor in the room was very sticky too. It was clean but maybe they used too much solution? We will come back and recommend but this stay was not as good as other stays

Our first stay at a Tru by Hilton. Very impressed with convenience. Beds were incredible and rooms were comfortable. Manufactured flooring we assume is frequently washed as opposed to carpeting. Close to a Cracker Barrel after a long drive it was a perfect close to our day!
