Do NOT go here with a family. This is a drug den. The TV was on and the remote was broken. Thankfully I was alone and got there late. I had to go around drug addicts on the stairs. This is what I get for being cheap.

I missed check-in because of flight delays ended up at another hotel. Called the next day and was put on hold for 20 min never came back and did not pickagain

The room smelled like cigarettes, the one towel provided was dirty, there was not toilet paper, the blinds were broken, and the furniture had seen better days

As i entered the room the TV was already on. That alsrmed me, as i was i was alone and it was dark. Also, i had to ho clear across the room to turn on a working light. The bathroom toilet inside and outside was full of so much urine build up it hadn't been cleaned in st least a couple of months. In the dink, there wete pubic hairs. I want a full refund! This was shocking after driving a 9 hour trip from NY state to Virginia. Please reimburse me directly! I paid by Credit Debit card with my Visa to Expedia for this APM in Winchester on April 4, 2024.
