I appreciated the new manager’s resourcefulness and attention to my needs and concerns. Brava!! I’d stay there again.

TV remote was missing at check-in. There's no number to call and office is closed on weekends. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Refrigerator was a bit noisy but freezer works well. I gave 3-star rating because there's no way to communicate with the staff; an emergency phone number that will be answered at "their earliest convenience".

We would defjnately NOT stay in this hotel again. Our room looked ok upon arrival, but the floors were completely filthy. We left our shoes on as i had dropped water on the floor and used paper towel to wipe it up. The bathroom was in the same condition. The base boards were coated in grime and dirt also. We arrived a little later than expected, and found out from someone (not any office) that a key were in an envelope togain entry to the room. We were only 2hrs late due to heavy traffic. Our bedside table lamp didnt work but no one o ask.

After the dog stopped whining, it was quiet. There was no sink strainer for kitchen sink. Everything looked nice, but needed a good cleaning. Convenient to where we needed to be and the price was good.

We needed a place that accepted pets ($30 a night extra) and was close to where we were going for baseball. This was ok. Room was not as clean as it should be: no bag in ice bucket, a finger nail clipping on the night stand, facial hair shavings in bathroom sink. That was our room. It was very noisy at night with people above us just rude. Breakfast was ok for a hotel. Chec in was easy and the lady was super nice. Pet rooms should be on. 1st floor so it’s easy to take them outside. Elevator slow. Take the stairs it’s much faster. There also people smoking weed out front. Would we stay again? No. Drive further down and stay at a different property.
