We were only there for a one-night stay. In that time, all the staff we encountered were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. We opened our door to a bad smell we couldn't identify. We asked the front desk for some air freshener which they provided, immediately. It didn't kill the smell, but it was tolerable. That's the only negative. Nice art on the wall. All furniture was in good shape. There was plenty of towels. Soaps and shampoos were abundant.

I loved that it was pet friendly. hotel staff was very nice and breakfast was delicious

Overall, I enjoyed the hotel. Room was clean. Great water pressure and quick hot water, loved having the little kitchen area and coffee maker. Breakfast was just ok, but similar to other hotels - eggs, bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt, waffles, etc. Only issue was that I got bit by someone’s dog walking through the hallway! I have a service dog (yellow lab) who was between me and the wall and we were both minding our own business when this guys dog started veering over. I had a bad feeling so I but my leg in the way to block my dog and he bit my leg. I have NEVER been bitten by a dog before. They guy said sorry and just walked out. I let the front desk know and they gave me antibiotic ointment, but I wish they offered to contact the guy for me or get shot records for the dog. I’m going to see my doctor today to get a tetanus booster. Just worried about rabies when though I know it’s rare in pets. :(

I spoke to the associate and unfortunately we were not given adequate information on the guest and pet to locate the other person. If you can give me a call, I will try to locate this information for you. It is a requirement that each pet parent sign a form stating the pet is up to date on all shots with vet information.

We strive to make every guests experience wonderful, so your feedback is a gift to us. We renovate this fall, everything is being replaced and even changing the lobby layout. The location of the hotel was close to everything very convenient. That was a Plus!! But when I asked for a pet friendly hotel I didn’t think I would be put in a lower budget room, where the room from when we 1st checked in had a weird smell. We went and purchased air fresher and cleaning products but the smell, a strong Piss odor would not go away. Carpets nasty, and in need of a good shampooing. If the room or floor is for families with a pet the rooms need to be cleaned Better because just because you have a pet don’t mean you should be put in a nasty room.

We apologize your stay was not up to par. We do try to house pets on the first two floors to accommodate the needs of pets to go potty easier, but you shouldn’t feel the rooms are “nasty”. We had a complete carpet/upholstery and drape steam clean first week of March, but we understand we are a little dated. We will complete a FULL renovation this fall, and hope you come back and give us another chance.
