We spent one day and night at this hotel. Beautiful view of the Whiteface mountains. Very home like atmosphere. Nice rooms with everything you need. Owner of the place very nice and helpful. Lots of toys for kids to play with. My 2 and 4 year old had a blast there. Huge living room with tables board games tv etc. I would definitely recommend it and come back there again.

So sorry to hear the inn did not meet your expectations.. Wish I had been able to make good on what ever they were. The inn's hospitality is purposely different from that of the local hotels and motels and sadly not a good fit for you.

Unique place to stay in a great location.
Posted 14 Aug 2019 on HotelsThe Inn at Whiteface is a special place. Ingrid makes you feel at home as soon as you get there. It feels more like you are staying in her house, rather than a hotel. She keeps the place clean and cozy. Magnificent views of Whiteface Mountain from the rear rooms. You will enjoy your stay here.
