Was told Expedia overbooked the reservation and almost missed my event as the hotel staff tried accommodating me. A baffling experience, in that they attempted to place me in an mn out of service room with no air conditioning, but attempted to provide a fan.
Finally, they offered to allow me I to a room That was previously out of service do to a carpet cleansing after a pet soiled the room, I’m totally disgusted and highly offended.

Perfect location that is within walking distance of multiple dining options alongside the river. Staff were friendly and courteous; room was clean and modern. Easy access to parking lot as well as river walk. Lively area with lovely views.

Very comfortable beds and pillows, tasty breakfast, clean and updated rooms and dining area. Very beautiful riverwalk with lots of dining restaurants and bars.

Very nice restaurants close!!
The riverwalk is nice, saw police on mopeds all the time, that is very reassuring!!
The exercise room is nice and clean, temp was almost 80 and humid in there, thermostat was locked!! UGH
The people are very nice and helpful!!
Breakfast was good, ALWAYS the same thing and there for a week???? Really
They ran out of breakfast items fast, need to be on that better??!!
