We booked this stay through Expedia. We arrived around 10 pm. The house was asthetically pleasing. Unfortunately when we arrived, there were three dead roaches and fans blowing throughout the top floor of the house. We reached DW attempting to receive a refund due to feeling uncomfortable about the bugs. They advised that we would have to leave the premises THAT NIGHT and have their cleaning crew investigate the next morning. Since DW did not charge us, Expedia did, we have been awaiting communications to receive our refund.
