My experience with them was terrible. I asked for a change of date and they told me that the response would take a maximum of 72 and when it arrived, I no longer had time for anything. They just charged the money without wanting to help me in any way. Terrible customer service. If you want to waste time and money this is the place.

10mins from the beach and they had a great breakfast and friendly staff. However, the A/C was out after the 1st of 4 days and we had a slight pest problem (roaches, spiders, etc). We thought we could at least get a later checkout due to the other inconveniences but no flexibility was given.

Stayed here for one night for orientation for my daughter who will be attending UNCW. Will be staying here anytime we go and see her. The breakfast is a huge bonus, hot, ready and plentiful.

Great price and located off main road so it’s easy to find. Room was clean and staff was friendly.
