Room door was not even closed when we got there. Charging cord plugged in by couch like someone had been in there. Crumbs on the floor and smelled bad. Room next door had the smell of weed coming through. Kids running all over the place, cursing and taking over pool area. Trash and condom wrappers in parking lot. Did not even stay the whole night cause we felt unsafe. Same kids were seen at the corner begging for money. Would like my money back

It definitely does need an upgrade to the whole building.. the rooms could’ve been cleaned a little better. But there overall issue is that they need a major remodel!!!!! Bathroom door looked somebody been scratching on it.. bed felt lit was broke. It smelled like Chinese food. And only one elevator works and the one that does makes you feel like you about to fall

I selected the hotel for the hot tub which does not work like warm at best I said something to manager she said the pool works it's hot outside. The elevator that works sounds like it is not going to at any minute the last day the fire alarm went off I grabbed my stuff and left it may not even be there now I don't know worst hotel stay ever

The original room that was assigned was a little too dated, but front deck assigned another room which was much better, with no hesitation!!!! Staff was very nice
