I was disappointed with my stay at Bridgeview Hotel as in the ad it said nothing about stair only access. Also when we went to shower the head of the shower was on the floor and the tv remote had flat batteries and we had to climb onto the table to turn the tv on and off. Both myself and companion are seniors.

Everyone was very helpful and courteous.
There was an aweful smell in the corridor o the top floor - I dont know if it was old plumbing, carpet was soiled orgeneral collection of human odours. During the day cigarette smell came into the dining and accomm areas.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The place is very clean and beds super comfortable. Nice meals in the bistro. Would definitely stay again.

This was great. Much better than expected. We had low expectations due to it being a pub and I was happily suprised. I would stay here again.

Great place for the price, lovely building in a convenient suburb. Parking at the rear and felt safe and family friendly (although it is a pub downstairs).
