This place is like stepping back in time. Very pretty but to be honest they need to invest into some new beds. If not for the beds i would stay again, but lets face the facts. Im staying there to sleep, hence id like a comfortable bed. next time Im in area I will go back to the Hampton.

We came for a concert..and the hotel was next door to the venue. Very convenient.

Look, it’s old. The elevators are exceptionally fast. But the hotel is OLD. If you like 1920’s-1930’s era rooms then this is for you. Peach tile bathroom, plate glass windows, low low toilet water pressure then this is it. Breakfast is off the hook.

I like the fact that it seemed like I was stepping back in time. The place and staff were wonderful. Dining opinions very good.

Our room was terrible. It was nothing like the pictures indicated. The room looked old and tired and greatly in need of an update. The carpeting had large visible seams and looked like it was pieced together from sections from other rooms. There was a cable for the TV that was exposed and ran across the threshold leading into the bedroom. It created a significant tripping hazard. The room was not large enough to fit the two queen sized beds as you had about 12 inches to squeeze by the bed to get into the bathroom, I don’t feel the room was worth the money we paid for it and will not trust Expedia or Best Western for my future accommodations.

Front desk very friendly and helpful at check-in. Rooms are clean but dated. I would stay here again.
