Very nice place to stay. More like older resorts, more relaxed. Very close to all Williamsburg tourist locations.

Check-in was great. She was detailed and friendly and told us about the property. Beds were a bit firm and I could feel one of the bed coils but not enough to bother me. Their pillows were overly filled and uncomfortable. Bathroom ok, yes outdated but it serves the purpose. Room was big and spacious. Free breakfast included but we did not get to check it out because our room was so far from the breakfast area and wanted to sleep in more. Reading previous reviews about breakfast didn't feel like it was worth checking out anyway. Parking was fine but can use more lighting where I ended up parking because the lot she specified was full. Location was convenient, just next door to the Visitor Center for Colonial Williamsburg.

Great hotel for a weekend in Williamsburg, convenient to Colonial Williamsburg and a short drive to Busch Gardens. Room was clean and breakfast was decent, front desk staff were all friendly and super helpful. The only negative is how loud it is with all the kids around, everywhere we turned it was screaming kids and the walls are very thin so it woke us up in the mornings.

This hotel is very nice with numerous amenities and convenience. We love being next to the Colonial Williamsburg visitors center with easy access to the bus transit. The thing that could have been better are the pillows. They were a bit lumpy.
