This is a nice boutique hotel, very quiet and peaceful. Parking is easy, there is an elevator and everything is easy to navigate. The bed was comfortable, pillows not so much. They need to be replaced.
Bathroom had an awkward shower with only a hand held shower attachment but also a full tub. There was a fireplace but it wasn’t functional. Pool is small, not heated. The grounds are beautiful.

This property is outdated, specially the bathroom. No hot water during our stay.

The place reminds of a French Chateau. The rooms are large and well decorated . One can walk around the grounds which consists of vineyards, forests and a pond. A restaurant that serves only lunch, is located on the grounds together with a wine tasting bar and a wine store. The town of Williamsburg is only five minutes drive from the hotel. We liked the cleanliness of the rooms and of the premises as well as the decor of the public areas of the hotel. The service, by the people who work there, was excellent.We will definitely come back to Wedmore Place.
