The customer service was horrible. We had 4 people staying in the room with only 3 towels. We called the desk and was on hold for 10 minutes. Then finally spoke to someone stating they would be up to bring us more towels. We waited an hour then left due to the fact we were hungry for dinner. My daughter and husband had to share a towel since no one ever brought us a towel.

The hotel is recently renovated. It has the newly feeling. TV program is not good. Couldn't find a single movie to keep kids entertained.

Super close to Busch Gardens. Very clean and a friendly staff. A bit noisy (thin walls, floors) but perfect for a 2 night amusement park trip.

The hotel was clean, with a great fitness center, awesome breakfast, friendly staff and a great pool. Overall the hotel gets 5stars!!
