We were booked for two adults (both in upper 70's). When we checked in at the desk, I asked how many chairs were in our room. I was told there was one, when I requested a second chair, I was told that wasn't possible. Not very considerate! Also, the commode ring wasn't secured tight & was an issue. This was the worst Hampton I've ever stayed at.

When checking in, I was told that my credit card was needed, but that it would not be charged. I explained that I had already been charged. I was told by the clerk that I would not be charged. When checking out this morning, I was charged twice hotel this morning I was charged twice. newas needed and that

Just okay. The room was outdated. The pool water was dirty. The only thing we like about this hotel is they served a good breakfast.
