Rooms and property are badly in need of a refurbishment. Air conditioning was very noisy. Check-in staff very unfriendly. Breakfast was good and the serving and cleanup ladies were great. They were about the only thing we liked about the hotel. Also, the slowest elevators in existance

Mrs. Patricia the breakfast host absolutely amazing attentive, friendly, and overall polite if she lived in Florida, I wouldn’t hesitate to have her Managing my restaurants! The two older ladies cooking omelettes on the flat top were very patient and super friendly. They kept a smile the whole time. The entire breakfast staff was really helpful and pleasant. The bartender was precise with opening at 5:30, and the drinks very good! The only downside is that no rooms have balconies, and the bathroom happens to be in the living room, This layout is different from the other embassy suites that I have visited. The bathroom is usually positioned in the bedroom. Mrs Patricia made our visit wait it… would revisit and recommend solely because of her!!!!!!

We relocated to this hotel after staying in a different one that was rated the same or higher, but did not offer as much as this one, nor was it conducive to a good night’s sleep. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very quiet (couldn’t hear neighbors) and the breakfast offering was just right!

The hotel service/staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean and provided a very peaceful quiet environment. Location was great for Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The elevator however was very slow.

From the moment I entered the staff was extremely kind , pleasant and friendly. That made our stay in Virginia even more enjoyable. The indoor pool was clean and warm which our kids enjoyed . Bush Gardens is just 15 minutes away from the property which is a plus . Last but not least the daily breakfast was hot and delicious . Will definitely choose to stay here in our next trip to VA.
