Older property but rooms have been upgraded, I had to request for a small refrigerator but we just stayed two nights while visiting Busch Gardens, Jamestown and Yorktown so good central location

Upkeep was fine. Spacious room. Could’ve vacuumed carpet more. Overall cleanliness satisfactory.

Loved the room the poor however was freezing and a bit dirty. Can't beat the price for the quality.

The staff at check in were okay, except for the pushy time share salesman that bugged us to death every time we went in or out the front. We started using the side door to stay awAy from him. The breakfast is minimal with a boiled egg, yogurt, danish, and cold cereal. Be prepared for the staff in the breakfast area to lean on the back counter and stare at herself with her back to you the entire time. Even when we spoke to her she ignored us. The rooms are dated and not maintained well. Everything was dusty and there was a constant smell of marijuana in the hotel. The toilet ran all night the window was broken and the shower whistled while it ran. The fountain was green and nasty, and it was just an unclean unkept hotel

This stay had many issues. The mini fridge froze my food. The door to my room had to be closed hard to shut it. Mold in bathroom. Indoor pool is freezing, hot tub was much too hot. My TV didn’t work. Many of the outlets didn’t work. Not enough towels, washcloths and hand towels provided.
