The outside pool wasn't too clean byt other than that it was a great stay.

This hotel is perfect if you are looking for a nice, clean, comfortable hotel without any frills. Staff very friendly, easy parking, quiet hotel, my kids enjoyed the pool, beds were okay and the bathrooms clean and updated but on the smaller side. They provide breakfast, mainly the basics. Eggs, sausage or bacon, cereal, waffles, yogurt, pastries, bagels etc.

This is a wonderful place.. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Williamsburg while my daughter is in college nearby. This is the best one I’ve found and it was actually less expensive than some of the others I’ve stayed in. Clean, good breakfast, good water pressure and hot showers. They actually even cleaned my room each day which is a rarity these days. I will be back.

The only negative was the elevator location. The rest was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay. My partner and I were here for a couple nights for an anniversary trip to Busch gardens, just looking for something convenient and nearby. When the hotel staff found out it was our anniversary, they welcomed us into our room with a card signed by all the staff, a heart balloon, swan towels on our bed, candy, and two champagne glasses with sparkling cider. It was such a sweet surprise, and it really made our stay special ❤️
Aside from that treat, our check in was quick, the front desk was very helpful and nice, and the facilities are clean and new. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here.
Thank you so much to all the staff at the Comfort Inn Williamsburg Gateway! We will remember this stay very fondly because of you.

Nice quiet area with plenty of restaurants around the vicinity and close to all areas within Williamsburg...we would stay there again in the future
