Rooms are a good size (we had the king size bed room). The few good things about the room: the bathroom is spacious, the kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking supplies, there is a laundry available per unit, and both the location and price are decent. The location is convenient to major sites like Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Jamestown. The bad things - the bed is uncomfortable and the couch is ancient and flat when sat on. During our stay, the entry way shows signs of water damage. The floors are old and stained.

We had a very pleasant stay at Patriot’s Place.We really appreciated the extra space the suite offered for our pack n play and that all furniture was anchored in the walls. It was very convenient that we were not asked to wash all the dishes before check out or prep the laundry setting this property above similarly sized airbnbs. It was raining but we really wish we could have enjoyed the pool. It looked really nice!
