We didn't have a car so the attendant put us close to the pool and club house. Real thoughtful people.

Parking is tight in front of the buildings. Had to park at another buildings parking due to no room at ours. Other than this, and individuals running like a heard of elephants up and down the stairs, our stay was ok.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and responsive to requests. The pool was nice.
Some odd items to me: no hand towels for the bathrooms in the rooms. Also, the dishwasher in our room was definitely old and a little beaten up. Could use some updates.
Overall it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful resort. Amenities are free including those in the room. Parking was also quite convenient, but the best was the check in and out. Very fast and hassle free. This was definitely a good resort to choose when visiting Williamsburg.

Beautiful property. Has several amenities for the family. There is a family pool hot tub and adult pool. A great game room, on site mini golf, jumbo checkers and chess, ping pong, corn hole, movie room and scheduled events. The site is a timeshare type property so dont be surprised when they ask you to attend a presentation. We did not attend as we were from the west coast and the opportunity would not suit us. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit/condo. It was perfect, staff was friendly and replaced toiletries as doon as we requested them. The kitchen had everything we needed.we would definitely recommend this site to anyone we know traveling to the area.

Overall a wonderful stay. However, I would suggest more help at the front desk. We checked in on a Thursday night at the start of a holiday weekend. There was only one person checking everyone in, with a line from the reception desk to the front door. I applaud Demetria, who checked us in, for maintaining exemplary composure and for repeatedly expressing gratitude for everyone’s patience. Her calm and pleasant demeanor was refreshing.
