Great customer service! Mattress on bed was worn-out. So much so, that the mattress has one side significantly lower than the other which made getting comfortable a challenge, and greatly affects quality of sleep.

No hot water for tea, one of light bulb was in the room . the room was not clean when i checked in and on washcloth was hanging in the shower. Breakfast was very limited with a very poor quality. few times the elevator was not working and didn’t inform us or put a sign on it.

Great location. Good price for the stay. Restaurants near by you can walk to. This hotel could use an upgrade. I would stay here again.

Pros: - there is a continental breakfast - the staff are friendly - the location is great Cons: - the walls are paper thin. Unfortunately, I was sandwiched between rooms filled with highschoolers (I think it was a band tournament). The first night I was there they were repeatedly slamming doors close and talking so loudly that I heard every word. At 1030 I'd had enough and called the front desk. The manager on duty, promptly handled the problem by telling the room to quiet it down. They did so for the remainder of the stay - the air conditioner is extremely loud, and during the night it kicks on every 10 minutes. During the day maybe 4 times every hour. It was hard to watch TV when the air-conditioning was running - the TV didn't have program feature/guide that allowed you to preview what was playing. The closed captioning bounced around the screen. Whenever you turned on the TV it went to the weather channel. Not the channel you were last watching. - the stains on the sofa were a bit sketchy. I did not sit on it

We really enjoyed our night at the Best Western. It was conveniently located for our travels,and it was a little higher end than we are used to staying at. The only problem was that the AC unit was a little noisy and kept my wife awake. Also the breakfast was mediocre.
