No hot water in the shower. Outside near the hotel entrance sewage water was coming out of the system and it was smelling bad.

Super clean, excellent friendly reception- & cleaning staff. Top location, elevator, good wifi.....comfortable accommodation especially beds.

Front desk staff and restaurant staff very kind.
Always front desk or security at entrance so it felt safe.
Property needs SUPER make over--rooms are outdated, and everything very old (ie, lamp shades, chair, towels, linens)

This hotel advertise a really nice yellow building except that's not where they house guest. Guest get to stay in a run down blue building at the back and that street looks sketchy. Once you get off that street the neighbourhood is lovely. Trainees are clueless as to what is going on. Also they double booked my room for the entire time and did not care to inform me of this. My impression is that they are careless and heartless.
