I have an infant, they placed me on the first floor by the pool. The stairs were on the other side of our room. I asked to be moved and I was told I couldn’t. The people upstairs were smoking and throwing cigarettes off the balcony. A man was spitting off his balcony as I’m sitting on mine. Also there is no ramp to get inside the hotel, my wagon and stroller had to be carried up and down the stairs every time. Elderly people struggling to get up the stairs..

The staff was so friendly and the location was so convenient to the beach and the Boardwalk. We were upgraded to a suite for our Honeymoon and it was great! We had a view of the start of the Boardwalk.

Check out time is extremely to early 10:00 A.M..Check in is late 4:00 P.M. the day is over. Is 6 hrs really necessary to "turn over a room".

Staff was great. Everything was clean and convenient. It's right on the beach. Elevators are a nightmare.

Originally this building is old, but rooms are renovated. We booked 2 queen bed oceanfront, got on 5th floor. This is NJ oceanfront hotel. We liked this property. Very basic kitchen utensils are available.Parking is very convenient. Ocean view is excellent.
