They charged $75.00 non refundable pet fee, even if the pet is an emotional service dog.
The charge is outrageous to begin with and a rip-off for not being refundable.

The only complaint I have is the lady who checked me in stated that I needed to use my credit card for the room but could pay cash upon check out the next morning. When I went to pay cash upon check out I was told by the lady working the morning shift that they did not take cash and I could not pay with cash. Seems to be a little miscommunication issue between staff.
