Nice hotel, as usual with Hampton Inns. Room clean, well appointed. Staff courteous, breakfast good, bed comfortable.

This east side of Wichita is very nice with shopping and dining, that is why we like staying at this Hampton Inn

Awesome customer service, starting at check then on to the best breakfast in the mornings, whatever I wasn't able to find to go with my breakfast butter and toppings for the waffles, they found for me. I loved that it wasn’t just a doughnut breakfast, it was an actual breakfast that I could get full off of real food and not junk food and sweets. Very nice staff as well. I was worried at first being in a different city and state but they calmed my worries. Thank you and keep up the good work and good hospitality!

Gerry checked us in and was very helpful anytime we needed her during our 5 night stay. We also had some problems with our AC unit and Eric (Maintenance man) was FANTASTIC. Took care of it twice and helped out any way he could!

We had an absolute great time at the property! The breakfast attendant over the weekend was amazing! He was an older man and he kept the place remarkably clean! He never stopped moving! I just wish the pool was open!

It advertised pool.. it was close to my surgery scheduled for the next morning. I was extremely disappointed that it wasn't advertised as CLOSED. Except for typed sign on desk .. we walked to just check it out and it looked FINE TO US! I was very much wanting to relax un the pool. The evening of my surgery! Needless to say.. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

The receptionist who checked us in put us in room 318. We got up to our room, took a bit to unpack and shower. We tried to log on to the WiFi several times on 2 different devices, no luck. We had people waiting on us at the venue we came for, but we stopped at the desk to enquire about fixing this. She, the same receptionist, said “she” put you in 318, you were assigned 319. After several minutes of waiting, we said we needed to go and we could figure it out when we returned. She said no, you have to change rooms because she couldn’t fix it in the system. We said no, they would just need to assign us to room 318. People were gathering behind us and several minutes later she did fix it. I reminded her that it had been less than 2 hours since she checked us in. No apology given. The manager who checked us out did her best to apologize for her. Other than that, the stay was uneventful.
