Very well run complex, property has all the necessities you need for a comfortable stay, ready walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Lots of space for me and my 2 children. The kids loved the pool. The place was tidy and clean. The kitchen had everything needed for self catering. We would stay again, very handy, easy place to stay to explore Mercury bay. One thing to note for families is that the room with two single beds was on the ground floor and the two bedrooms with queen beds were on the third floor, not a big deal but my children didn't want to sleep 2 floors away from me.

Overpriced and underdelivered

The unit we stayed in was nice. It was very spacious and had quite a few amenities in the unit. We were able to unpack and enjoy our time here. For the price we paid, we were not that impressed with the view or the cleanliness of the unit. The view of the ocean was a tiny window of view through someone else's backyard. The apartment had been cleaned but there were food bits in the rug in the living area. We were also told that we could request cleaning service throughout our stay but one day they came in and emptied one trash can and another day they didn't come in at all. For the price paid, we expected more and left unimpressed and a bit disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and for your feedback. Very sorry to hear you did not enjoy some aspects of your stay. As we explain to guests on arrival, and as stated in our apartment info sheet, due to many guests wish to observe social distancing we do not service apartments unless the "please service my room" tag is placed on the apartment door handle before 11am. If this does not happen the apartment is not serviced. Apologies if there was a misunderstanding there. There are pictures of the view from the apartment on the Expedia website you made your booking from. They clearly show there is a partial view of the sea through the property in front. Not sure why you thought it was different. As we pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our apartments, we are very sorry to hear there were food bits on the rug. Modern, clean, good kitchen facilities and plenty of room for the 3 of us. It rained a bit so we had some fun with Pictionary.
