The pool was operational and I wasn’t aware at the time of my reservations.

My particular room was not what It expected. The bathroom door could not close because the frame was warped. The handle was very loose. There was peeled paint on the bathroom floor that stuck to my bare feet. The shower curtain appeared to have blood on it. The front desk advised me that they’re about to remodel.

We found dog poop on the floor of our room. It is supposed to be a non smoking facility but I could smell smoke. Staff did not care. No apology.

I never got to stay on the property. I had an emergency and called back to cancel the reservation and the management team would not refund my money. Ii was not refunded because I booked my reservations through Expedia. The policy is awful and I would not recommend anyone. I work for Walmart and we are always booking rooms for staysand I sent feedback to our logistics team regarding their service and their policies.

This property was so dirty. The bed sheets had multiple stains on them. It looked like they had not been washed. The carpet had floor had fresh dirt not swept up. If I would not had my littlenkids with me, I would jave slept in the car. I paid 146.00 for this, so unexecptable.
