Convenient to highway. TV didn’t work. Hair in tub and in back of toilet seat.

Light outlets did not work.
TV Remote was not user friendly and when staff came to fix it, she did not explain anything and was like It she was annoyed when it was not working for her either.
The toilet seat was so loose, it was not safe to sit.
The desk hostess had zero personality and it was like i was bothering her when I checked in.
We as a society have lost that culture of brotherly love. Just get a robot. The personality might have been more enjoyable.
I can't recommend this to anyone needing a place to rest
