Used to be a local farm when we grew up in the area, interesting history. Nicely renovated.. In keeping w history and culture of area.

Fab hotel great food ,, spotless rooms and grounds would definitely recommend 7 mins drive to Whitby harbour or a good 40 mins walk and maybe get a taxi back x also park and ride directly opposite hotel

only problem was getting into town without driving during the period before easter as the bus link is not operating . otherwise its a great place . The staff were very good and couldn't do enough. Room was perfect no complaints.

Amazing from start to finish. Friendly staff helpful. Amazing surroundings, immaculate room and stable were beautiful. Breakfast was great.plenty of selection. And freshly cooked. Would definitely stay again. Looking forward to my next stay already .Mr and Mrs Angel

Lovely weekend stay
Posted 16 Feb 2024 on HotelsLovely room, had everything we needed for weekend away. Comfy bed, clean room, lovely grounds. Taxi £8 to centre of Whitby as nearby park and ride not running till April. Enjoyed evening meal at restaurant. Excellent inclusive breakfast. Would definately stay again

Well presented property. The staff were lovely and the meals were great - a nice pub. We had one issue with the heating in the room which the staff addressed immediately.

Fabulous place to stay. The room was great. The food in the restaurant was fabulous and the staff just lovely.
Will definitely be booking again. Worth every penny.
