Not much choice for breakfast, very dated decor, too many stairs to climb to our room limited bedroom and bathroom facilities. Very friendly owner and good service, very helpful.

I loved every minute of it, perfect area for us to stay, very lovely land lady, so helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast too. Will definitely be going back to stay😊

Had a long weekend in whitby and stayed 3 nights, the b&b was brilliant and tamsin is a fantastic host, breakfast was really nice and we will definitely be returning

Posted 26 Oct 2023 on HotelsVery cosy and comfy room. Beds were great, shower too, breakfast was amazing and the host is really friendly and helpful. She gave us a permit to park for 4 days and finding a space was very easy. She has also helped us a lot with tips where to eat and how to get to places and everything. Genius, thank you so much :)

Good value for money

The room was a little small but the bed was very comfortable, the only downside was that there was no ventilation as the window wasn’t able to be opened,but overall was very good value for money.

Host was lovely and could not fault her as we were up in the attic room found stairs quite hard as there was quite a lot but had a lovely stay

Posted 7 Sep 2023 on HotelsA really comfortable home from home, and Tamsin is a lovely host. The room was quiet and peaceful, and the bed was most comfortable. The breakfast was always cooked to order, and was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended.
