Bathroom and shower tiles were so slippery I had a really nasty fall, when I suggested non slip I was just told "thank you for your feedback"
There should have been an incident form filled out for my injury.
Advertised equipment was missing, when i told them I was just told "oh well it should be"
People partying behind my unit until 1 am.

Hi Suzanne,Thank you for your booking.We are sorry you slipped.We do appreciate your feedback and also have processes in place should something like this happen.You may not have been aware of them after you finished your conversation with Jan.We have had no issues with guests falling in the room you stayed in and recommend that if you have mobility impairment that you let someone know.We can provide a shower stool, and in addition to the shower mat provided a nonslip rubber shower mats if you should need them.The Hair drier that you thought was missing was in your room in the wardrobe in its usual place.We are happy to assist our guests if there is something missing in their room or if there is anything we can do for them, and provide a telephone in each room for your convenience, so you can contact reception by dialling zero.We understand other guests making noise can be frustrating we often experience the same thing when we travel.You might consider ear plugs or asking for a room that is as quiet as possible if you are sensitive to noise.When you book through an online agency there are limited options for an accommodation provider to provide customer service while a guest is making a booking.We would suggest getting in touch to get the best service and arrange for any special requirements you may have.We hope your journey home went well and wish you all the best.RegardsTim and Jan Hodgson

Super friendly staff. Very spacious 3 bedroom house, quiet, comfortable, lots of room for the kids to play.
