Felt like the room was recently refitted. Beds and pillows extra confy. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Roadworks !!!!!!!!!!!

The unit was freshly painted and furnished and very clean. The outside was not appealing and could do with some update

the whole stay was awful. #was given the wrong room #there was no shampoos or conditioners# #no iron # no pool as advertised#the spa pool was being heated during the day and not available till 5pm, had to ask for permission to use as it was locked, laundry was locked, had to ask for key, room was not serviced... it was an ugly stay

Thanks for your review, sorry if you are given worng room. There must be misunderstanding on this. There is all-in-one sampoo and conditioner inside the automatic soap dispenser in the shower. As well as hand washer near the sink. Iron is inside under the sink. Sorry if you were not able to use the spa, it can be used for reservation eariler. Pool is under construction at the moment for upgrade. Any guest can ask laundry key from the office since we always lock for safety purpose. We do the service for the room every day.
We are always committed to provide great service to all our guest. Sad to see review like this but hope we can do better in your future stay.

Five star accommodation in a 3-star motel.

The very wet tiled floors when we arrive d, this is dangerous and a person could fall over.
