Only a couple of areas of concern. Although carpark easily filled up, street parking further away from hotel always left us concerned with safety.
Apart from the parking Hotel and staff was great.

Comfortable, convenient accommodation, nothing especially standout. Bathrooms needs upgrade. I hate shower over bath and plastic curtains.

The room we had booked was dirty and had hair on the beds and in the bathroom. Fortunately the staff were really accommodating and super friendly, they upgraded us and gave us complimentary drinks. Ended up having a lovely stay but the start was a bit of a let down.

The hotel can do with an upgrade but our room was a good size and views of the geothermal outside our window. The hotel had plenty of complimentary parking and when it did overflow there was street parking, which wasn't too far and still walkable.

Property was in a good location but definitely dated and our room could have had a better clean
