I choose the hotel as it had an outside hot tub however I didn’t realise there was an extra cost for this. This would have been fine but it was going to cost £54 for the 3 of us to use it for one hour! So disappointed ☹️
Also parking was stressful! Staff were lovely though.

Upon arrival the staff was great but then I found out that breakfast wasn’t included with the price package and had to pay extra. My large room was on the 3rd floor and the lift wasn’t working and the room must of shrunk as it was tiny crammed with a double bed the bathroom was tiny and no air con. Then she parking was crammed in a small space which left me to leave my car in a car park near the town with a free permit from the hotel

Had a lovely overnight stay lovely sea view room with our dog great breakfast and very dog friendly

Okay for a weekend and on the beach

The hotel was not as described in the adverts
No kids club
No entertainment
The room was tiny even though we booked and paid for a family of 3 room
The bathroom was tiny
No shelves for toiletries
No hair dryer
No coffee machine
Only one small wardrobe even though it was meant to be a family room
Freezing cold room
No hot water
Beds very uncomfortable
Overall a very bad hotel
Will not recommend
Not very disabled friendly
And all the entertainment was virtual
