It served our purpose but needs a little TLC
Posted 8 Jan 2023 on HotelsThe overall hotel needs a little TLC, I will list it in this review. Also every time I went to the front desk there was no one to be found. During our visit we had heat and hot water so we were happy. If they do some small improvements it'll become a better place. The bathroom has dead bugs in the light fixture above the shower/toilet. The lamp in the corner is broken it should be replaced. The soaps are extremely small. The room itself is a little smaller then what I'm used to but it was warm and cozy. When you walk into the room the sink is immediately to your left the bathroom is on the right. Being that it was placed by the door. It made it difficult to get dressed for the event we were going to while someone was in the bathroom. It was three people in the room and it was very tight quarters. The peep whole had something lodged in it so we couldn't look out of it. Overall, I'd stay again because it was only 30 minutes from the place we were going, and it's convenient to the highway.

Perfect for the price

Paint missing from walls, wallpaper peeling, no bulbs in some lights, ice covered sidewalks, but room is clean and only staying one night on way home

I've stayed here many times as I have family living in the area. It's very reasonable, rate wise, and is always clean with friendly staff.

The concierge service was very timely, professional, and accommodating. I loved the location and how there was so much to do. We felt safe and greatly appreciated the mini fridge and microwave offerings. A very clean, quaint hotel: we will definitely stay again if we are back in the area.
