So bad that we checked out within a couple of hours of checking in. Bug infested rooms, mold in bathrooms, rusty doors, dirty curtains, broken furniture, beds so high that you can’t get on them and carpets that haven’t been vacuumed. But staff was friendly and understanding.

This property was disgusting. From the moment we opened the door to our room we were blasted with a smell of urine. There were crumbs on the bed. The bathroom was filthy. The conditions were not acceptable. We checked out after one night due to most of us feeling sick and one person having a severe allergy attack. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was broken down stink like cigarettes mirrror on the floor bed sheets dirty with hair and pillow cases , ask for clean sheets and the supervisor has a whole attitude dont even knoe how to supervision those room good enough for us customers, pool was disgusting people eating in the pool as well they didnt care not even to clean it i want my refund i didnt stay i left so fast

The bedding had stains on it floor carpeting stained and one towel for two people for two days

The bathroom in my room was filthy. I went To try and get in the pool it opened at 9am by 9:30 when I went To check on the pool it was filthy like it was never cleaned the night before. I think The property needs to do better with cleaning up and having the facility smell much better than what it be.

Hallways smelled horrible. Dirty. Room was clean.lobby and elevators were always wet,unsafe.

Bathrooms are very small. Not enough towels.

The sink would not drain. The shower curtain rod fell off the wall. The water temp in the shower was cold or blistering hot. The pool was closed for repairs
