This property is super worn down. The door to the room was actually broken. It looked like it had previously been kicked in and they put extra metal on the lock so it would secure, but there was an actual gap in the door that you could see thru from the hallway. Staff was pleasant, but there were suspicious people hanging around the Parking lot. Lots of stains in the room and wallpaper falling off the walls. Double sofa in room was more like a twin size. Overall, it needs a complete redo!!!

The property is in a very sketchy area not very safe. The room was dirty inside molded around the shower. The couch pull out had the metal bars hanging into the couch. Air conditioner in the room was not very good I had all the way down to 65 in the room and it did not hold temperature at all. I talked to the district manager the next morning, and she reassured me. She would take care of this and apologize not very convincing.

I don’t know what happened to this property but I have never been so disgusted in a hotel room. If I didn’t get in so late, I would’ve left. The mattress had stains on it, the pillows have stains on them, the carpet is filthy, the drapes are ripped, and it is missing the smoke detector. I don’t even want to take a shower! I can’t wait to get out of here!!!

Health dept closed the pool. A fellow was smoking crack and throwing rocks in parking lot. Front desk gave someone else a key to my room. They tried to enter not knowing I was there. Tv didnt work. Lights on that could not be turned off.

First, the positives. The room satisfied the basic travel needs (clean, working AC, well lit, 24 hour coffee located in reception), convenient location to interstate, and a main boulevard, Walmart Supercenter, restaurants, gas/quick shops, and the most notable aspect was a great free breakfast. They offered juice, coffee, tea, waffles, muffins, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage, bread for toast, fruits, cereals and more. Now the NOT so positive. The pool hot tub was closed; the exercise room was closed; the elevator was slow (5 story building), pet rooms intermingled with regular guest rooms (suggest dedicated floors) and was barked at each time I exited my room and also witnessed a dog fight; the "business center" computer didn't work and the printer was missing; the grounds as a whole showing signs of dying; there were multiple homeless people less than a block away. Perhaps the most annoying event was management's mis-timed choice to close the pool for several hours for a private party. "Mistimed" because a) it was a hot Saturday weekend day, (it was a HOLIDAY weekend at that), c) only one person used the pool while it was closed. (this a severe disappointment for our visiting grandchildren) The positives just barely outweigh the negatives for me, but others will not reach that conclusion.
