I thought that the room was a very good price for what we paid, until we tried to sleep at night. The double bed was actually two single beds with a sheet over them and they were not the same size twin beds either. One of the mattresses was good quality the other worn out and I spent the whole night rolling into the middle until i made hubby swap with me. Everything else about the room was fine.

This place is not an enjoyable stay. It seems to be an old restaurant and hotel complex that has been reopened with little effort to improve it. Looks run down and poorly maintained. A lot of the building doesn't seem to be open or is just closed up. Check in experience isn't clear (on the booking it says there is no check in and you need to call ahead to get instructions, which is not a welcoming experience). Few amenities provided in the room (TV had few channels, remote did not work (it was so old the batteries were disintegrating inside the remote), not enough plates or cutlery for a room that slept 3 (2 plates and 1 fork, knife and spoon). There was a hole cut in the bathroom ceiling for no clear reason, just left there. There was a lot of damage to the back door of the room. Friendly manager when we got to speak but the entire experience is really poor and needs a significant upgrade as a place to comfortably spend a night.

Two rooms allocated were NOT the ones booked and paid for: queen when king plus single booked/accepted; summer duvet and no electric or extra blanket in one room. Rumbling water pipe all night in one room. While dated and tired, clean and tidy. Never saw anyone from management at any point.

Unfortunately, the accommodation is old and tired. Although the beds were comfortable, the unit we stayed in had mold in the shower box and on the old heating system by the window. This unit was for two/three people, there was only enough crockery and cutlery for one person. There was no toaster, where another unit the same has a toaster. The TV didn't work. The picture published does not reflect the state of the accommodation. There is no reception desk. If you needed anything you had to phone. It was very impersonal.

Its in a good location its very rundown mould everywhere and it needs a proper representation of what it's actually like on its advertising site. Half the rooms are occupied by the homeless.You really word want to pay no more than 50 dollars a night and when you do arrive you will want your money back.

The room was not cleaned properly. Bathroom rubbish bin still had rubbish from the previous occupants. Extra blankets were just thrown in the cupboard, on the floor. We understand that due to covid there were no staffs but the person we talked to us was helpful

Clearly been let go our room was very dusty, hair in sink and mold in bathroom. Missing light bulbs and covers. TV limited channels and made clicking noise. Door would jam and need force to open. No check in have to ring on arrival. No staff around for extra towels etc.
