Very clean comfortable beds very welcoming and staff are excellent, nice, airways wanted to make sure you had everything you needed. The house keepers are very nice and doing a great job! 1st hotel that actually had good food and plenty of it! Plus coffee, tea, hot cocoa day and night ☺ i didnt even want to leave it was actually very relaxing for once!! Hot tub and pool was great. Only complaint would be my shower pressure wasnt great but other than that i loved it there☺

We only had 1 problem, hvac fan in bathroom was loud and could not be turned off. Called front desk could not resolve the problem.

The rooms were nice and clean. Beds super comfy! I wish I brought my bathing suit for a swim and dip in the hot tub. Overall, a very nice stay and convenient to the highway.

Very welcoming and accommodating front desk staff; when we arrived before check-in time, she noted our names and assigned rooms to us as soon as they were ready rather waiting until we returned. So we were able to check in right after lunch (she had numerous dining recommendations and provided good directions). Luggage carts were readily available to help with our stuff, too.
