Very disappointed the breakfast wasn’t included when Expedia said that it was ,surely any manager would just have said please have breakfast on me to save a bad report , to try and charge an extra £12.50 extra is just a rip off .
They were shown the receipt to say we had breakfast included

Great budget hotel, not happy regarding the hidden parking charge, think it’s a bit cheeky, should make it clear when you book about the parking charge

No lift out of order, reception very helpfully carried my luggage to my room located on floor 3 as I have spinal cancer.
The condition of the room was not what I expected for the cost carpets where badly stained, paint work along with windows, skirting and door frame need repairing.Wardrobe base very dusty not been cleaned for a long time to say nothing about the shoddy pluming in the bathroom.
Carpet on landing has trip hazards on each joint.
Locks on doors incorrect

needs updating especially the lift as it broke down on our last day & we had to climb 3 flights of stairs

Everything was there that was expected and was very comfortable but have to bear in mind it’s a ageing building and could really benefit from a massive update. But for the price also was good value.

It has a great view of the beach; however, the hotel itself was a bit run down; needs refurbishing.
