The carpet was dirty old chocolate was found underneath bed. Also very mucky. The linen didnt smell fresh. We were really explained about the breakfast and misssed it. Bathroom was nice and Rooms are roomy.

Had to navigate m5 to get to and from hotel and wasn’t given the breakfast voucher at check in so had to queue up 1/2 hour twice for a mediocre English breakfast. Wouldn’t bother again. Have some red bites around the ankles not sure if bed bugs or not

Dirty, not clean. Hair in beds. Bed bugs in bed as well.

For the price I couldn't fault it. Basic but clean and comfortable rooms with a surprisingly powerful shower. The dinning options are a bit disappointing as the service station only has a burger king, Starbucks and a noodle bar, as the subway was closed by 4.30. However this could be remedied by eating before arrival or ordering in. The view from the back rooms were excellent it was like being in a remote country hotel, you couldn't hear the motorway. I will definitely be staying here again.
